Why Does Soundcloud Keep Restarting My Upload

   Hello all,

   I've recently created a soundcloud business relationship for my ring, so that I can upload songs (obviously) to share with prospective venues for gigs.

   I'm having an effect where the upload time is quite slow and, more importantly, the song will upload get anywhere from 2%-98% uploaded and then reset itself and start again from 0%.

   Is this common with soundcloud? Exercise the rest of you experience this?

   Cheers for the info.

   My connection has been slow lately. The phone company has tried to gear up it but, no luck.

   I matter I did do was switch from Firefox to I.E. when uploading . Expert new is that all uploads
   to 100%, albeit a flake slowly. Bad news is when I printing "salvage", I get the error bulletin " asset_data parameter, or uid and original_filename parameters."
   I accept no idea what that means or how to fix information technology. Searching their help pages came up with nothing specific.

    Their list of compatible file types is pretty long but just in case?

18. Try using the "legacy" interface. It seems to work more reliably than the new one. Click on the configuration icon in the upper right hand corner and then click on "Switch back to Archetype."

    I'grand using .wav files, definitely on their list. I have been able to upload some files, simply others get error letters.

    Also, I use the old interface, and not the new.

    Strange.

26. One matter that actually ticks me off near Soundcloud is the lack of an RSS feed. I uploaded a spoken-word blog and emailed iii times for approval to receive an RSS feed every bit this is the process for getting one. They never bothered to reply to any of the mails. From my perspective, that sucks in the customer service department and I'll be danged if I'thou going to pay this company money to expand my use of their platform. With that and the issues in uploading files, a big Thumbs Downwards to Soundcloud.

    Hmmmm.

    I tried simultaneously uploading iv songs at the same time. Clicked on upload, went to work.
    Came back, 3 uploaded but with issues and could non be saved.
    1 uploaded just fine.

    The one that uploaded fine had issues earlier in the day when I tried to upload information technology.

    seems to exist hit or miss for me.

    I ended upward converting my .wav vile to mp3 files and they uploaded inside ane minute per vocal and saved no problem.

55. I cant use soundcloud. I fabricated an account and before i even uploaded a song, I couldn't log in anymore considering it says wrong countersign which is incommunicable since I always employ the same ane everywhere online and I tried any possible variation of information technology anyhow (similar when they require a capital letter or a number) and i tried to have them reset and ship me new passwords and it NEVER worked. I contacted customer service like 5 times and that'south all they tried and I never got a password reset at ANY email address I told them to send them to. I mean they said they did it merely I simply never got through anywhere (and no its not in spam). And so I asked to delete my account and then i could make another and they but insisted on trying the password ******** once more. Then I said shag 'em. I mean, I want to use the same band name and address and so unless they delete my business relationship I can't. Based on my horrible feel with them I don't even want a soundcloud anymore. What is and then shaging hard nigh deleting my account?

59. The good folks at Soundcloud are shutting downwardly "Classic" mode. If this fixes the new mode, fine. Otherwise, two thumbs down for blocking united states of america from the more reliable interface. Here is the email that came in last night:
